About The Role

We are seeking a Web Developer (Webflow) to join the team full-time. This person will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing the company’s online presence to deliver a smooth and engaging user experience. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, a solid understanding of front-end development, and hands-on experience working with Webflow and related web technologies.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites using Webflow.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create visually appealing and conversion-focused landing pages.
• Implement new features and improve existing site functionality for better performance and user experience.
• Ensure all pages are optimized for speed, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Manage integrations with third-party tools such as CRM systems, analytics, and automation platforms.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure website uptime and reliability.
• Stay current with industry trends and recommend new tools or improvements.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Web Developer or similar role.
• Proven experience designing and developing in Webflow (portfolio required).
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with SEO best practices, site performance optimization, and responsive design.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Zapier, HubSpot, or similar integrations.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
• Understanding of eCommerce platforms or CMS systems.
