ROLE OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, the Solutions Engineer – Radiology AI is the champion for delivering world-class customer support and success. This role combines deep technical expertise, project management excellence, and superior communication skills to ensure every customer receives high-quality service throughout their journey – from installation to ongoing support.
You will serve as the primary technical liaison between CureMetrix, our customers, and our partners, ensuring our imaging AI solutions are deployed, maintained, and continuously optimized.
You will have the following responsibilities:
- Champion world-class customer support – own the customer experience, ensure rapid resolution of issues.
- Lead product installations and integrations, as central liaison between internal teams, clients, and partners.
- Collaborate with customer PACS/RIS administrators to configure systems and ensure workflow integration.
- Use PACS expertise to assist with data collection and curation from customers.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including SLA compliance, response/resolution time, system uptime, and customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identify and address risks affecting customer performance or satisfaction.
- Lead and deliver customer end user training to ensure adoption and maximize product value.
- Ensure SLA compliance, driving continuous improvement in timeliness and quality.
- Maintain professional knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications, networking, and engaging in professional societies.
Position Qualifications / Skills:
- Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven experience in customer success or technical support in healthcare IT.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Customer success experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment and multitask.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or related field.
- Experience with DICOM, PACS, RIS, and other systems in the medical imaging ecosystem.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Additional Information
- Travel: Up to 10% annually for customer visits, installations, and conferences.
- Must be available to East Coast clients by 8AM ET daily.
