Sales Manager (With Hands-On Operations Support)

About the role:

We are seeking someone who is both commercially driven and hands-on. The Sales Manager will play a key role in growing our customer base, managing leads, and ensuring excellent customer experiences — while also occasionally assisting with operational tasks such as preparing storage units or handling light packages when needed.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a varied role that combines customer interaction, sales strategy, and practical involvement.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and convert sales leads via phone, email, and in-person visits.
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase occupancy rates.
• Coordinate bookings, pickups, and customer logistics with the operations team.
• Occasionally assist with light manual tasks such as moving or preparing boxes and ensuring units are customer-ready.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, conversions, and performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and online tools.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to get involved on the ground when needed.
