The Opportunity
We’re seeking a driven, experienced Freight Brokerage Sales Agent to join our team. This is a commission-only role for a self-motivated professional who thrives in logistics sales and wants the freedom to manage their own book of business — with the potential to grow into leadership or management roles as our company expands.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and onboard new shipper clients
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships
- Negotiate freight rates with shippers
- Coordinate loads from pickup to delivery
- Ensure high-quality customer satisfaction
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in freight brokerage or logistics sales
- Existing book of business or active shipper relationships (preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
