Role Description
This is a Part-time remote role for a Healthcare Business Development Sales Executive –RCM. The Business Development Executive will be primary point of contact for potential clients across the U.S. healthcare sector. responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and securingleads, developing and managing client accounts, and maintaining strong communication with clients and team members. The role involves conducting market research, creating business strategies, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and collaborating with various departments to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage healthcare practices, physicians, and medical groups to promote company services.
Develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
Conduct professional communication through LinkedIn, email, Cold calling and direct outreach to establish relationships with potential clients.
Present our value proposition and service portfolio effectively to healthcare executives and administrators.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all interactions within the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth handover and client onboarding.
Monitor industry trends and provide feedback for continuous business improvement.
Qualifications
- Healthcare Business Development and Lead Generation skills
- Business and Account Management experience
- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the healthcare industryand Medical billing is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in healthcare business development, RCM, or medical billing sales.
