As the initial point of contact for Avenix Partners, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy – responsible for identifying targets, conducting research on potential partners, contacting those targets, managing customer relationships, and assisting in sales efforts.

As an AE, you’ll work on larger, more complex M&A advisory deals, taking full ownership of the sales cycle.

What You’ll Do

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound qualification and outbound outreach
  • Qualify prospects through consultative selling while leveraging BANT criteria
  • Grow top of sales funnel through warm and cold outbound campaigns using email, phone, LinkedIn, and other methods
  • Research companies and add prospects to our outbound list
  • Log and maintain all activity, contacts, and progress accurately in HubSpot
  • You will serve as a trusted advisor to our partners and overall network while demonstrating grace under pressure.

What You’ll Need (required qualifications)

  • 1-2+ years of SDR or BDR experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Hunger to learn, grow, and exceed targets in a fast-paced team
  • Comfort working with sales tools (HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Resilience, coachability, and the drive to master modern outbound
  • Passion for delivering value and engaging with owner / operators.

  • Positive Self-Starter. You have an upbeat, persistent style and the ability to cold call without fear of rejection. You can manage your time well, prioritize deliverables, and multi-task with the best of them. In addition, you can present your ideas in a clear, professional manner on paper, in-person, and over the phone.
  • Strategic Closer. You have an established network and experience carrying a quota in outside sales. You have an impressive track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing relationships.
  • Proven Winner. You have an ambitious spirit and thrive under pressure, motivating you to not only hit sales quotas but exceed them.
