Lead Creator & Influencer Partnerships

(Founding team opportunity — equity-first, transitioning to paid as we scale and secure funding)

We’re looking for a creative connector who lives and breathes the creator economy — someone who can help lead SoundMarket’s partnerships with creators, influencer agencies, and affiliate networks.

This is an incredible opportunity to get in early with a proven founding team and play a major role in shaping the future of how creators discover and use music. You’ll be working directly with leadership, influencing growth strategy, and earning meaningful equity from day one. As we scale and secure funding, this role will transition into a paid leadership position.

What You’ll Do

• Build and manage relationships with creators, influencer agencies, and affiliate partners
• Develop and scale SoundMarket’s creator partnership and affiliate programs
• Identify and connect with key influencers who align with our brand
• Negotiate partnership deals and track performance metrics
• Collaborate with our marketing and content teams to build campaigns
• Stay on top of trends in the creator economy and emerging platforms

• Deep understanding of the creator and influencer space — you know the people, agencies, and how things move
• Strong network and experience building creator or affiliate relationships
• Excellent communication and outreach skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for connecting people and growing partnerships
