Position overview
This is not your average Sales gig. We’re looking for a shark: someone who sees the target, locks in, and goes for the close. You’re the first line of attack in our sales motion, turning cold leads warm and warm leads into deals.
What you’ll do
- Generate and qualify outbound leads through email, linkedin, cold calls & hustle
- Book and run product demos that speak to real marketer pain points
- Drive the full sales cycle from first touch to close (no handoffs here)
- Collaborate with the founder and growth team on messaging and targeting
- Exceed targets: and then ask us to raise the bar
What you bring
- 12-24 months experience in Business Development, ready for your next step as AE
- You’re fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Proven ability to close deals (show us numbers, not buzzwords)
- Obsession with performance and growth: personally and professionally
- Self-driven, remote-proven, and comfortable in fast-moving environments
- Bonus: experience selling to marketers, agencies, or affiliate networks
