Business/Account Development Representative – Enterprise Software Sales
Location: Remote, United States

Vitech Systems Group is seeking a Business/ Account Development Representative with 3–5 years of experience in selling enterprise software and services. In this role, you will develop and execute software sales and marketing plans for both clients and prospects, identify new business development opportunities, develop sales leads, and be an active market spokesperson for the business.

What you will do:

  • Partner with Account Executives to develop and execute targeted account plans that align with go-to-market strategies.
  • Conduct strategic prospecting and qualification through research, outbound outreach, and follow-up on marketing campaigns
  • Assist Vitech’s V3locity Sales efforts in the Group Insurance market from lead generation through close.
  • Build and manage a sustained, high-quality pipeline through Salesforce and outreach tools.
  • Develop and execute highly targeted business development strategies to increase the customer base and drive new revenue growth.
  • Cultivate relationships to establish deep, trust-based partnerships with clients.
  • Produce monthly reports and insights on pipeline, conversion metrics, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Participation in various trade shows as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of business development or inside sales experience in an enterprise software / SaaS environment (B2B focus).
  • Strong understanding of consultative selling and complex sales cycles in enterprise accounts.
  • Excellent interpersonal sales skills: with the ability to listen, comprehend, and communicate verbally and in writing.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Appollo.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to effectively follow up.
  • Experience in researching prospective companies and staying abreast of industry trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to research and engage with C-level executives using a multi-channel approach (email, phone, LinkedIn).
  • High energy, demonstrate passion and commitment.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) required.
  • Open to occasional travel for trade shows etc..
