The Opportunity
We are looking for a strategic partner who can combine refined relationship-building with an entrepreneurial hunger for results. You’ll dedicate 12 days (negotiable) per month to high-impact business development activities designed to boost our wholesale network, open new doors, and drive direct-to-client growth.This is a role for someone who thrives on independence, understands luxury, and knows how to turn relationships into revenue.
Your Mission
- Open New Doors: Secure new, high-profile accounts in the luxury, fashion, and concept store space.
- Revisit Select Accounts: Assess wholesale partners and re-engage those with strong potential for immediate, low-friction reorders.
- Direct-to-Client Growth: Develop and execute a roadmap for trunk shows, private hotel events, and pop-ups to strengthen our D2C presence and build client loyalty.
- Market Expansion: Identify and initiate partnerships with agents or distributors in key regions.
- Collaborate for Impact: Work closely with our Marketing Manager to align your sales activities with powerful storytelling and brand campaigns.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven track record in luxury, fine jewelry, or designer fashion sales and business development.
- A strong, active network within high-end multi-brand boutiques and retailers.
- Fluent in English. Italian, French or Spanish are a plus.
- Highly entrepreneurial, confident, and self-managed, able to deliver results independently.
- Ideally based in London, with flexibility for international travel to meet key clients.
