What You’ll Do:
- Identify and connect with business owners and decision-makers in the Greater San Antonio area.
- Qualify leads and set appointments for our IT solutions team.
- Build lasting relationships that generate recurring residual income.
- Collaborate with our experienced technical staff who handle proposals, inspections, and closings — you focus on bringing in qualified opportunities.
What’s In It For You:
- Generous Upfront Commissions (60% of Initial Monthly Invoice) for every new account.
- Commission-Only Compensation: Earn residual income (20% of Monthly Invoice for the next 9 months) on every client you bring on — get paid month after month as long as they remain a customer for that year.
- Generous BONUS structure: Earn additional Bonuses for hitting Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly targets.

What We’re Looking For:
- Self-starters who love networking, selling, and building connections.
- Individuals with experience in B2B, technology, or service-based sales (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A business-minded person who understands long-term, residual income potential.
- Someone who doesn’t mind the grind of cold-calls and going to networking events.
- Must live local to the greater San Antonio, TX area to meet and greet potential customers in person.
