Role overview
We are seeking a strategic and performance-driven Acquisition Specialist to join our team and support the growth of our paid and organic acquisition efforts. you’ll manage acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms (Meta, Google, Pinterest, TikTok), optimize performance, and identify new opportunities for growth. You’ll also own SEO initiatives to increase organic visibility and help scale our e-commerce business across international markets.
Equal parts analytical and creative, you’re someone who thrives in data but also knows how to craft compelling ads, briefs, and copy. You’ll collaborate with our internal creative team, report on performance, and transform insights into actionable strategies that fuel the brand’s momentum.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Paid Media
- Manage strategy, execution, and optimization of acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms
- Strategically manage budgets to optimize spend and increase overall channel efficiency
- Write campaign briefs and ad copy tailored to platform, audience, and goals
- Support creative testing (messaging, visuals, CTAs) and share insights with the team
- Monitor daily performance and optimize for ROAS, CAC, CTR, and other key metrics
- Maintain and update Google Merchant Centre, including product titles, descriptions, feed accuracy, and groupings
- Collaborate with internal teams to align creative strategies and refresh assets regularly
SEO
- Lead on-page SEO updates, including meta titles and descriptions across multiple languages
- Conduct keyword research and competitor audits to inform content and product optimization
- Use SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console to track performance and identify opportunities
- Flag and support fixes for crawl issues, broken links (404s), and indexing gaps with the e-commerce team
- Support backlink efforts and identify opportunities to boost organic visibility
Reporting & Insights
- Track performance using GA4, Shopify Analytics, and ad platform dashboards
- Share regular reports and insights to inform optimizations and identify opportunities
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of relevant experience in digital or performance marketing, ideally in an e-commerce environment
- Hands-on experience with Meta & Google Ads; familiarity with TikTok Ads Manager, Pinterest Ad Manager, and other platforms a plus
- Strong interest in e-commerce with a solid understanding of conversion funnels, customer journeys, and digital acquisition strategies
- Analytical mindset with strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets; comfortable interpreting data to inform decisions
- Creative thinker with solid copywriting skills and an eye for compelling messaging and ad concepts
- Experience crafting & implementing SEO best-practices across product pages, landing pages and content
- Proficient in SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Bonus: experience working across international markets or on e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prior experience in hair/beauty or fashion content is preferred.
- Location: Quebec, Canada and Ontario, Canada only.
- Familiarity with content workflows / Monday.com
- Bonus: Background or connections in professional hairstyling, salons, or beauty education.
