About About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead a critical project focused on replacing an existing planning tool with Oracle EPM solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems, particularly in financial planning and budgeting modules, along with proven project management experience driving end-to-end implementations.Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of the Oracle EPM solution to replace the existing planning tool. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Oversee technical integration, configuration, and customization of EPM modules. Work closely with finance and business teams to ensure alignment of EPM capabilities with business requirements.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 510 years of experience in Technical Project Management, with a focus on EPM implementations.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud or Hyperion Planning.
- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
- Experience in driving transformation projects within financial systems is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Finance, Business, or a related field.
