Responsibilities
- Answer technical questions from customers via email or phone.
- Design products using SolidWorks (3D) and AutoCAD (2D).
- Inspect and document product returns and resolve issues.
- Troubleshoot hydraulic systems by diagnosing and addressing customer inquiries.
- Design hydraulic pumps and assemblies with thorough training on company products.
- Participate in detailed training courses to become a certified hydraulic specialist.
- Travel with a Sales Engineer to customer sites across the US for exposure and training.
- Innovate and develop new product ideas.
- Assist with customer troubleshooting and ensure efficient solutions.
- Manage return goods, inspections, and documentation processes.
Essential Skills
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Engineering discipline (BSME preferred).
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, both on the floor and in an office setting.
- Strong character and willingness to learn.
- Willingness to travel 5% to 10% of the time.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Exposure to hydraulics, whether in classroom settings or on-the-job experience, is a plus.
- Experience with oil hydraulics/fluid power systems is beneficial.
Work Environment
This role is based in a very nice facility with a welcoming and supportive culture. The work environment is clean, with a respected reputation in the market. The office setting consists of an open office environment with half-wall cubicles. The team is small and collaborative, fostering a sense of camaraderie and purpose. Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Opportunities for growth are available, as management is keen on providing advancement possibilities for associates.

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.84 – $33.65/hr.
