Role Description
We’re building a lean, high-impact AI consulting practice focused on helping businesses integrate AI solutions and automation systems. We’re looking for an AI Business Relations Partner who can own client discovery, communicate complex AI capabilities in plain language, and match business problems to the right AI tools and approaches. This isn’t a traditional sales role—it’s a project partnership where you earn revenue share of each engagement you help land and support. You’ll be supplied with warm leads from our network—your job is to have great discovery conversations, close deals, and ensure clients get what they need.
What You’ll Do
- Convert warm leads into signed projects (no cold outreach required)
- Lead discovery conversations with potential clients to identify AI/automation opportunities
- Translate business needs into clear project scopes and recommendations
- Evaluate when and where to apply specific AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, custom models, automation platforms, etc.)
- Own client communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with the build team to ensure solutions match client expectations
- Build long-term relationships that lead to repeat engagements
Who You Are
- Experienced with AI tools and understand their real-world applications (not just theory)
- Confident communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Skilled at consultative conversations—you ask great questions and listen well
- Strong closer who can move deals forward without being pushy
- Entrepreneurial mindset—you’re comfortable with project-based work and shared upside
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own client pipeline
Structure
- 1099 contractor, project-based
- Revenue share per project based on scope and involvement

Ideal Background
- Prior experience in business development, client success, or consulting
- Hands-on knowledge of AI tools (LLMs, automation platforms, AI integrations)
- Experience in UX, product, SaaS, or tech environments is a plus
