Key Duties:

  • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses, to defend insurance clients in litigation matters.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on insurance coverage issues, liability disputes, and relevant case law to support case strategies.
  • Prepare and respond to written discovery, including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission, in insurance defense cases.
  • Assist in preparing clients and witnesses for depositions, hearings, and trials related to insurance claims and disputes.
  • Evaluate case files to assess liability, damages, and potential settlement options in insurance defense matters.
