As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at TuMeke, you’ll play a vital role in executing our go-to-market strategy and driving top-of-funnel growth. You’ll be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and engaging potential customers through a mix of inbound and outbound efforts, helping to build a robust and predictable pipeline for the Sales team. Your work will directly contribute to TuMeke’s mission of improving workplace safety and ergonomics through innovative AI-powered technology.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and qualify high-potential leads through research, outreach, and inbound inquiries to drive new business opportunities.

  • Pipeline Development: Proactively schedule and conduct introductory meetings to convert leads into sales-qualified opportunities.

  • Outbound Prospecting: Execute strategic outreach campaigns via email, cold calling, and social selling to connect with key decision-makers in our target markets.

  • Activity Expectations:

  • Set and hold  inbound meetings each month with qualified prospects.

  • Set and hold  outbound meetings generated through self-sourced outreach. (Exact expectations will be established during onboarding and may adjust based on territory and performance targets.)

  • Collaboration & Handoff: Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless handoffs and alignment on messaging, priorities, and qualification criteria.

  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and detailed lead and opportunity data in HubSpot, ensuring visibility into all touchpoints and next steps.

  • Persona Understanding: Develop a strong grasp of TuMeke’s target personas, value propositions, and industry use cases to tailor outreach and maximize conversion rates.

  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the development of outreach strategies, messaging templates, and qualification frameworks to enhance team efficiency and results.
