About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven New Business Development Manager to join our remote team. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and converting new clients into long-term partners. You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, responsible for building a high-quality pipeline and crafting tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify high-potential businesses through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and industry events.
- Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers across target industries.
- Solution Selling: Collaborate with internal teams to design and present customized recruitment or workforce solutions.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records in CRM (e.g., Salesforce), track outreach activities, and report on progress.
- Strategy Development: Work with leadership to refine messaging, target segments, and set measurable goals.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter with high ownership and grit.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with recruitment or workforce solutions.
- Experience in logistics, tech, or professional services sectors.
- Ability to adapt messaging across multiple channels (email, phone, social media).
