Channel Sales Manager

Location: Istanbul (Maltepe) – On-site Type: Full-time

Role Overview We are seeking a results-driven Channel Sales Manager to join our team in Maltepe. In this role, you will be the bridge between our company and our partners, responsible for expanding our footprint in the cybersecurity and IT services market. You will drive revenue growth by managing existing partnerships and identifying new strategic opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Partnership Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with channel partners.
• Strategy & Growth: Create and execute effective channel sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Business Development: Proactively identify and recruit new partners to expand market reach.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse partner sales performance using CRM and analytics tools; provide regular reporting to management.
• Enablement & Support: Provide necessary training, sales tools, and support to partners to ensure their success and alignment with company goals.
• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts within the cybersecurity landscape.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Proven expertise in sales, channel management, and business development.
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in data security, network security, cyber security, or IT services sales is highly preferred.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Soft Skills: Advanced negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with a stakeholder-management mindset.
• Languages: Native-level Turkish and fluent English (written and verbal) are required.
• Mobility: Valid Class B driving licence and flexibility to travel as needed.
• Military Service: Completed for male candidates.
