Civil Litigation Associate | 100% Fully Remote | Up to $180k | Award-Winning Culture | Top 10 for Diversity in the U.S.

Location: Fully Remote in Northern California (Must be Californian barred)

Position: General Liability Associate

Salary: Up to $170,000

Experience Required: 2+ years in insurance defense / civil litigation / employment litigation

🧑 The Role:

Join a thriving team handling a diverse and high-impact caseload, including:

  • Professional Liability involving doctors, nurses, healthcare providers, insurance agents, brokers, real estate agents, and engineers
  • General Liability claims such as slip and falls and premises liability
  • Catastrophic Personal Injury matters — including high-stakes construction site incidents
  • This role offers exposure to complex defense-side litigation with meaningful opportunities to lead cases and develop a deep, specialized expertise.

Salary & Perks:

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in employment litigation

• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
