Position Overview

We are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Business Development Consultant & Trainer to expand our Florida market presence.

This is a commission-only opportunity for a professional who thrives on autonomy, achievement, and consultative selling.

The successful candidate will engage with business leaders to diagnose challenges, deliver tailored training solutions, and guide organizations toward sales mastery and leadership excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and strategic partnerships.
  • Conduct consultative discovery sessions using the Sandler methodology to uncover client needs, budget, and decision-making processes.
  • Present and enroll clients into Sandler® training programs and performance improvement engagements.
  • Deliver and facilitate virtual and in-person workshops aligned with the Sandler® selling system and leadership principles.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline through disciplined prospecting, CRM management, and follow-up cadence.
  • Collaborate with the Managing Partner on strategic marketing, client acquisition, and growth initiatives.
  • Participate in ongoing Sandler certification and professional development to enhance expertise and client impact.

Qualifications

  • New Business Development and Lead Generation skills with a proven ability to open and cultivate executive relationships.
  • Consulting and Business Planning skills with a focus on diagnosing and solving organizational challenges.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong presentation and facilitation capabilities.
  • Previous experience in sales and leadership development, consulting, or professional services preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Ability to work on-site in Fort Lauderdale, FL for client meetings, workshops, and networking events (primarily work-from-home role).
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving targets in a commission-based or performance environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with self-directed accountability and discipline.
