Role Objective

Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite & Brand Management

  • Oversee and continuously improve the company website:
  • Content updates
  • Structure optimization
  • Brand consistency
  • Ensure all digital touchpoints align with brand guidelines and messaging
  • Maintain strong visual identity across platforms

Social Media Management

  • Manage and follow up on social media channels:
  • Content planning
  • Posting calendars
  • Community engagement
  • Coordinate with designers and content creators
  • Monitor performance and engagement metrics

Lead Generation & Tracking

  • Generate leads from:
  • Social media
  • Website
  • Digital campaigns
  • Track and qualify leads through CRM systems
  • Maintain organized lead pipelines and follow-ups

Campaign Execution

  • Plan, launch, and optimize:
  • Email marketing campaigns
  • Automated journeys
  • Retargeting workflows
  • Use Zoho Marketing, CRM tools, and automation platforms
  • Segment audiences and personalize campaigns

Reporting & Performance

  • Track and analyze:
  • Leads
  • Conversion rates

  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
  • Identify optimization opportunities based on data

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Proven experience in:

  • Hands-on experience with:
  • CRM systems
  • Marketing automation tools (Zoho preferred)
  • Email marketing platforms
  • Strong understanding of:
