Mobile Developer (Full-Stack)

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Software Engineer – Mobile and Full Stack in Milwaukee, WI. Summary: Our client is looking to advance their mobile-first platform that empowers caregivers with real-time tools, Bluetooth device integration, and seamless data sync. You will design and develop mobile apps and backend services to ensure stability, scalability, and impact in senior care. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead mobile and full stack development for iOS, Android, and cloud services
• Integrate Bluetooth-enabled devices for real-time data collection
• Architect APIs and backend systems for performance and security
• Mentor engineers and influence technical direction
• Drive innovation with AI-enhanced features to improve workflows

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience, including significant mobile development (iOS and/or Android)
• Strong background in backend or full stack development, with cloud deployment experience
• Demonstrated expertise in BLE, asynchronous programming, and multithreading
• Familiarity with AI-powered applications in production environments
• Proven success mentoring engineers and leading mobile or full stack projects
• Mobile Development: Swift, SwiftUI, Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, BLE (GATT/RACP), multithreading, async programming
• Full Stack: .NET, Node.js, cloud deployment (AWS/Azure), microservices
• AI: Familiarity with LLMs, Hugging Face, OpenAI; applying AI to mobile/backend features

Nice-to-Have:

• Dependency injection, testing, CI/CD, memory safety, Proguard/R8, open-source contributions

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
