Real State Quality Control Analyst

Position Overview

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Real State Media Admin to join our team. This person will play a key role in maintaining smooth operations across our media workflow — from organizing project files and managing media delivery to ensuring quality control and handling client requests. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment supporting creative professionals.

The position offers a work schedule from Tuesday to Friday, totaling 30 hours per week. Working hours are from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Key Responsibilities

Quality Control & Media Delivery

  • Prepare and organize files for upcoming appointments using Dropbox.
  • Manage project setup and tracking through Slack for both upcoming and completed projects.
  • Oversee media quality control and delivery using Aryeo.
  • Review and ensure all photo and video files meet company standards before delivery.
  • Deliver finalized media to clients and confirm successful receipt.

Editing & Revisions

  • Perform light Photoshop editing (e.g., adding lot lines, retouching, or basic corrections).
  • Handle and log client edit requests using OpenPhone or similar communication tools.
  • Coordinate with editors or photographers for any rework or revision requests.

Project Coordination

  • Maintain organized records of all completed and ongoing projects.
  • Communicate with internal teams to ensure deadlines are met and updates are shared.
  • Support continuous improvement of workflow processes.

Client Communication

  • Manage calls, emails, and client inquiries while ensuring satisfaction and quick resolution.
  • Maintain strong, positive relationships with real estate clients through consistent and proactive communication.

Qualifications

  • 1–2+ years of experience in administrative, creative, or virtual assistant roles.
  • Proficient in Photoshop (essential).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience in real estate media, photography, or digital production is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with tools like Dropbox, Slack, Aryeo, and OpenPhone preferred.
