About the Job

La Bouchée is hiring an experienced, enthusiastic, sales-focused individual! In this role, you will leverage your assumptive selling skills and deep understanding of our product line to build meaningful relationships with chefs and purchasing teams across the hospitality industry. This position is ideal for self-starters eager to grow aggressively in their careers (1099).

Base Compensation: $20K

Commission Range: $50–$70K, with the potential to exceed $100K in total compensation after developing your territory.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new sales opportunities via cold emails, cold calls, and lead follow-ups
  • Arizona, Utah, Colorado, and Texas
  • Understand client needs and propose the right solutions quickly and effectively
  • Answer questions, resolve concerns, and provide product details via phone and email
  • Demonstrate the features and benefits of our products in a persuasive and engaging way
  • Maintain and improve the prospect database and seek new leads
  • Stay current with product updates and competitor offerings
  • Build lasting client relationships through up selling and personalized service
  • Balance multiple projects and prioritize with professionalism
  • Maintain exceptional customer service at all times
  • Living within the assigned geographic territory is a plus

Qualifications

  • A born salesperson – you naturally connect with people, instinctively identify their needs, and close deals without being pushy
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • At least 1 year of sales experience, ideally selling to chefs in hotels, resorts, or casinos
  • Money-driven and eager to scale your success, the sky is truly the limit
  • Strong ability to handle objections and guide the customer toward a solution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Self-starter who actively seeks out answers and growth opportunities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • High energy and positive attitude
