Job Summary

Navas Immigration is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to sell immigration services to potential clients. This role focuses on consultative sales, helping prospects understand complex immigration solutions and guiding them through the decision-making process with clarity, empathy, and professionalism.

The ideal candidate is confident selling intangible services, skilled in communication, and comfortable working with leads generated through digital marketing, referrals, and inbound inquiries.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Acquisition

  • Contact and follow up with warm and inbound leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, and CRM
  • Conduct consultative sales calls to understand client needs and recommend appropriate immigration services
  • Clearly explain immigration processes, timelines, and service value (no legal advice required)
  • Present pricing, payment options, and close sales professionally
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

CRM & Process Management

  • Accurately document all interactions in the CRM system
  • Track lead status, follow-ups, and conversions
  • Maintain organized records of prospects and clients
  • Follow internal sales scripts, workflows, and compliance guidelines

Collaboration & Professionalism

  • Work closely with the operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
  • Escalate complex cases or questions to authorized team members
  • Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards at all times
  • Represent Navas Immigration with professionalism and empathy

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in sales of services or intangibles (immigration, legal, insurance, education, consulting, or similar)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build trust and rapport quickly
  • Comfortable handling objections and closing sales
  • Basic CRM experience (or ability to learn quickly)
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in immigration services or legal sales
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) – highly preferred
  • Experience working with inbound digital leads
  • Familiarity with remote or call-based sales environments
