Job Purpose:

Are you looking to grow your career in technical support with a team that values curiosity, collaboration, and continuous learning? We’re seeking a Technical Support Engineer II who will be the first point of contact for customers, partners, and resellers seeking assistance with our products.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring a positive customer experience by addressing basic technical issues, documenting support interactions, and escalating more complex problems to the appropriate teams. You’ll be part of a supportive environment that encourages professional development and technical growth.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide basic technical support for our products via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Accurately document and analyze incoming customer requests.
  • Gather and relay relevant information to senior support teams as needed.
  • Escalate issues that fall outside established procedures or documentation.
  • Perform scheduled follow-ups with customers and stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot common technical problems and guide users to resolution.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our products and support tools.
  • Communicate potential issues or risks to your supervisor in a timely manner.
  • Proactively build your technical knowledge through ongoing learning.
  • Support other team activities as directed by leadership.

Qualifications

  • Education: Completed IT-related education or equivalent technical qualification.
  • Experience: 1 year in a technical support or IT-related role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Technical problem-solving skills
  • A customer-first mindset with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

The expected hourly base pay starting for this position is $28.00. Additional benefits, such as health & wellness, performance bonuses, product discounts, holidays, paid time off, etc. may also be offered in accordance with our plans.
