Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a TikTok Marketing & Advertising Manager to manage and grow our brand presence on TikTok through content repurposing, shop setup, influencer collaboration, and performance ads. The role involves both creative and strategic execution to scale campaigns and drive sales on TikTok Shop.

Key Responsibilities:

  • UGC Repurposing & Posting: Manage and repurpose up to 25 user-generated videos monthly for consistent brand visibility and engagement.
  • TikTok Shop Setup & Product Listing: Create, optimize, and maintain the TikTok Shop catalog for smooth operations and improved conversion.
  • Brand Approval: Handle and process brand approval applications (one-time setup).
  • Store Designing: Develop an appealing TikTok Shop layout that aligns with brand identity and user experience.
  • FBT (Fulfilment by TikTok): Coordinate and integrate with TikTok’s fulfillment system once available for streamlined order management.

Affiliate Marketing:

· Recruit and manage affiliates and creators

· Provide product samples, guides, and weekly playbooks

· Develop hooks, briefs, and content ideas to maintain a steady flow of premium, on-brand UGC content

Ads Management & Scaling: Plan, launch, and optimize TikTok ad campaigns to drive traffic and sales performance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing TikTok Ads, TikTok Shop, or UGC-based campaigns
  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing and creator partnerships
  • Skilled in TikTok Ads Manager, product listing, and store optimization
  • Creative thinker with a strong sense of TikTok trends and storytelling
  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills
  • Experience with e-commerce and paid social advertising is an advantage

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing and optimizing TikTok advertising accounts
  • Strong skills in social media strategy development and implementation
  • Content creation and creative development abilities
  • Analytical skills for performance measurement and campaign optimization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
