Human Resources Information System Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled HRIS Analyst to lead and coordinate a strategic HRIS initiative within a healthcare environment. This role is primarily remote, with potential travel required to sites in FL, TX, or LA. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in user provisioning and hands-on user access design, particularly within Meditech or similar healthcare HRIS platforms. This will be a contract role through the entire year of 2026 (12-13 months).

Key Responsibilities:

– Build and configure in active directory (Microsoft system) or iSolve

– Design and implement user access frameworks, including provisioning workflows and role-based access controls

– Testing, validation, and deployment of access-related features and enhancements

– Ensure compliance with healthcare data security standards and regulatory requirements.

This role will pay anywhere from $40-$45/hr based on relevant experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

– 3+ Years of experience as an HRIS Analyst

– Background in user provisioning and access design within HRIS systems

– Specific hospital or health care experience

– Able to design and configure within the active directory system or iSolve

Previous Meditech experience
