Role Description

The Junior Sales Representative will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting market research, promoting packaging products to clients, and negotiating contracts. The role involves preparing sales reports, maintaining accurate customer records, and collaborating with the sales team to develop strategic plans. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lagos State, Nigeria.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in sales techniques, including lead generation, negotiation, and customer relationship management
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Basic knowledge of the packaging industry and a keen interest in learning about new products and solutions
  • Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients and meet deadlines
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
  • Experience in working as part of a team to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Minimum educational qualification of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous sales experience, particularly in the packaging or related industries, is an added advantage
