Sales Enablement Specialist
Job Description
Our client, a leader in providing fintech tax platforms, is seeking a Spanish Sales Training & Enablement Specialist to join its team in Toronto, ON!
This is a 1-year contract position with paid holidays!
In this role, you will help sales teams in Canada succeed by leading onboarding, training, and coaching sessions. You’ll make sure sellers have the skills, product knowledge, and support they need to perform at their best.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and continuously improve onboarding and training programs for new and existing sales team members in Canada.
- Facilitate regular coaching sessions, call reviews, and provide feedback to help sales reps develop their skills and improve performance.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Sales Operations to deliver product updates and build resources that support ongoing learning and seller success.
Requirements:
- Must speak fluent Spanish
- 3+ years of sales onboarding and training
- Experience in Saas or tech a plus
- Ability to analyze and apply data
