About the Role

SaunaBox is a fast-growing wellness brand redefining how people experience recovery and relaxation. We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who’s eager to learn, highly organized, and excited to help build a brand from the ground up. In this role, you’ll collaborate across teams and partners to execute marketing campaigns, manage affiliates, support paid media, and keep our content engine running smoothly. What You’ll Do

• Manage and grow our affiliate network, ensuring partners have what they need to succeed.
• Coordinate with PR, email, and SEO agencies to keep campaigns on schedule and on brand.
• Launch and monitor Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads, track results, and report key performance insights.
• Source and curate content from influencers and affiliates to align with SaunaBox’s brand voice.
• Create and post engaging content for our social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Jump in on creative projects and marketing initiatives — we’re a startup, so flexibility is key.

Must-Haves

• 1–3 years of hands-on marketing experience.
• Experience managing or supporting social media accounts.
• Ability to create and edit social media content (posts, stories, reels, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice-to-Haves

• Familiarity with affiliate platforms and influencer marketing.
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Figma, Canva, CapCut, or Premiere Pro).
• Experience working within direct-response paid ad platforms to launch ads and analyze performance data (Meta, Google, or TikTok).
• Experience writing scripts and structuring creative content for direct-response paid ads
• Passion for wellness, lifestyle, or consumer products.
