Account Executive: Candidates MUST have: Experience in the air cargo industry. A portfolio of contacts within the industry, including forwarders, GSAs, and airlines.
Base Salary plus uncapped commissions

What You’ll Do
- Drive company growth through new customer acquisition — manage warm leads, cold outreach, and relationship-building that turns prospects into long-term partners.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships from onboarding to expansion, identifying opportunities to grow accounts and deliver meaningful value.
- Be the voice of the customer — advocate for their needs while showcasing the platform’s capabilities to drive adoption and satisfaction.
- Lead and execute sales strategies, demos, and presentations, both virtually and on-site, to demonstrate product value and close deals.
- Represent the company at industry events and meetings, helping to grow its presence and reputation across global markets.
- Maintain accurate and organized account activity within the CRM, tracking progress toward goals and reporting on key metrics.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in B2B, SaaS, fintech, or logistics.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- A self-starter mindset with strong ownership and drive to exceed goals.
- Comfort with technology — able to run product demos and interpret data and trends.
- Willingness to travel (10–20%) to build relationships and strengthen partnerships.
HIGHLY Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of driving growth and building client relationships
- Background in the air cargo industry, with an established portfolio of contacts including forwarders, GSAs, and airlines
- Strong ability to understand client needs, negotiate effectively, and deliver tailored solutions
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software, with solid technical and organizational skills
