Remote Insurance Sales Representative — The Delaney Agency

Job Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

Schedule: Flexible, Remote

Compensation: Commission-based (Average $75,000 – $250,000+ annually, uncapped)

Location: Remote (U.S. only)

Position Overview

We’re looking for motivated, entrepreneurial individuals who are ready to build a long-term career as Licensed Life Insurance Brokers. You’ll receive world-class training, hands-on mentorship, and access to high-intent leads – all while working 100% remotely and designing your own schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to assess needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships with integrity and empathy.
  • Work with a team of leaders committed to personal growth, leadership, and excellence.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
  • Manage your own pipeline and business using proven systems and tools.

Qualifications

  • Must be a U.S. resident.
  • State Life Insurance License (or willingness to obtain – we’ll help guide you through it).
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong work ethic.
  • Comfortable working independently and remotely.
  • Background in sales, customer service, or leadership preferred but not required.

Compensation

This is a commission-only position. Brokers earn an average of $75,000 – $120,000+ annually, depending on individual performance, effort, and leadership development.
