Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the training of sales teams. Additional responsibilities include overseeing sales management tasks and ensuring customer satisfaction through targeted marketing efforts.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Ability to provide Training and support to sales teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and relational skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the finance or accounting industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field

You Are:

  • Creative, organized, and people-focused.
  • Fluent in content, automation, and systems (AI curiosity is a plus).
  • A strong writer who understands tone, timing, and storytelling.
  • Comfortable in a lean, fast-moving environment.
