Risk And Compliance Analyst
Job Description
Our client, a leader in Financial and Tax Software, is looking for someone to join their team as an IT Risk & Compliance Analyst. This role is fully remote.
*This is a 5 month W2 contract with benefits offered*
As an Associate Risk Investigator, you’ll play a key role in maintaining data security standards, identifying potential risks, and helping drive process improvements that protect the clients customers and business.
What You Will Be Doing
- Accurately input and maintain data in case management systems
- Investigate potential violations of data security processes and procedures
- Collaborate with Risk squad members on findings and escalations
- Identify, track, and report anomalies using defined workflows
- Recommend actions and process changes to address negative trends
Required Skills & Experience
- Associated Degree is a plus
- 2 years of similar work experience
- Experience with Splunk
- Able to follow documented processes and procedures
- Ability to derive sound, data-based theories for what is driving trends and insights
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a rapidly changing environment
- Proficiency in both Microsoft Office, particularly with an emphasis on Excel, and with G-Suite for Business
