Key Duties:

  • Lead or assist in structuring and negotiating corporate transactions (M&A, joint ventures, corporate governance, financings).
  • Provide cross-jurisdictional counsel on regulatory compliance and risk.
  • Conduct due diligence, draft and review transactional documents, contracts, and related legal instruments.
  • Collaborate with global teams and clients across different geographies to deliver seamless corporate advice.
