Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a portfolio of Defense civil litigation cases
- Draft, analyze, and revise legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery materials
- Advocate for clients in court proceedings, settlement negotiations, mediations, and trials
- Counsel clients on legal exposure, potential liabilities, and strategic risk management
Qualifications
- JD + CA state bar in good standing
- 4+ licensed years of experience in civil litigation
- experience with Healthcare OR Medical Malpractice defense required
- Demonstrated success handling all phases of litigation, including trials (preferred)
NOTE: Both Orange County AND Los Angeles offices are actively seeking Med Mal attorneys with WFH and Remote flexibilities

- Base Salary is flexible, general range is $150-195k base Depending on Experience
- + additional production bonus opportunity up to $45,000 per year (paid quarterly)
- Possible Total Compensation Opportunity is generally approx ~$150-240k annually
- Candidates must be based in Southern California.
- We offer a flexible hybrid and remote work model, there are times when in-person attendance is required.
- This includes trial preparation, depositions, court appearances, and other case-related activities.
- Additionally, the OC office holds mandatory attorney meetings twice a month that require on-site participation.
