Key Responsibilities
- Manage engineering projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Develop and review engineering designs and technical documentation.
- Utilize CAD software to create and modify engineering plans and drawings.
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and project execution.
- Conduct risk management assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Monitor construction processes and ensure compliance with quality assurance standards.
- Prepare project schedules and track progress against milestones.
- Facilitate problem-solving sessions to address project challenges and obstacles.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and developments.
- Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for engineering projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of engineering design principles and practices.
- Proficiency in CAD software and technical documentation.
- Experience in budgeting and scheduling for engineering projects.
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and risk management experience.
- Knowledge of construction management practices and quality assurance processes.
