Business Analyst 2

Peak Performers has partnered with a managed care organization to assist in their search for a remote Business Analyst 2 in either Florida or North Carolina . In this contract position, you will be responsible for performing various analysis and interpretation to link business needs and objectives for assigned function.

Major duties

• Provider Data Accuracy. Process implementation (including data analysis and recommendations), improvement and documentation.
• Leverage all communication channels to complete assignments. For example- Teams, email and phone calls/meetings.
• Research, analyze and document based on project needs.
• Make recommendations based on analysis and ongoing research and monitoring.
• Create formal documentation based on the business needs.
• Present to leadership.
• Develop relationships with cross-functional teams and engage with them to learn more about the business and the business needs to solve problems.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of business process analysis (documenting business process, gathering requirements) experience in healthcare industry and/or working in a data driven environment.
• Knowledge of data migration, software enhancement/planning, and Agile preferred.
• Experience with requirements gathering and documentation
• Experience with data analysis and visualization
• Great decision making and communication skills

• Rate: $34.93/hour
• W2 Contract
• Worksite Location: Must live in Florida or North Carolina
• Remote
• 6 month contract to hire
