Sr. Profee Coding QA / Auditor – Remote (IL, IN, WI)

Contract-to-Hire | $30/hr | Addison Group | Fully Remote

Our client is seeking a Sr. Profee Coding QA/Auditor to review multispecialty charts (E/M, Behavioral Health, Cardio, Critical Care, Surgical, In-office procedures) and ensure compliance with CMS and internal standards.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct retrospective audits and provide feedback to physicians.
  • Collaborate with leadership and coding educators on compliance and process improvements.
  • Support a large provider group (500+ physicians).

Requirements:

  • 3+ years Profee coding/auditing experience
  • CPC required; CPMA preferred
  • EPIC and EncoderPro experience required
  • Experience with MD Audit or MRO Cobius is a plus
  • Located in IL, IN, or WI
  • Strong communication, reliability, and teamwork

Details:

  • Monday–Friday | Core 8am–4:30pm CST (start as early as 7am after month 1)
  • Contract-to-Hire | $30/hr
