Position Summary/Objective

The Technology Solutions Engineer plays a key role in supporting our Business Development and Website Project teams in an effort to improve the effectiveness, efficiency and experience of onboarding members onto our technology solutions.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Qualify members for the right technology solutions given their business, merchandising, and technology requirements.
  • Discuss and understand member’s project requirements, document them accurately on SoW, and work with internal teams to ensure we fulfill requirements in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Schedule and lead kick-off call with Website Project Specialist (and any other representatives deemed necessary).
  • Own relationship with members until technology solutions have been successfully launched.
  • Manage escalated issues with internal teams and members regarding out-of-scope requirements, websites stalls, etc. in a timely manner (less than 1 week).
  • Work with Product Managers to present solution updates and ongoing product roadmap input.
  • Performs any other duties as assigned.

Remote Work/Travel: This position will work remotely from a home address and subject to AVB’s Remote Work policies and procedures which are then in effect. In addition, from time to time, this position will be required to engage in travel, including travel to attend AVB’s Annual All-Employee Meeting as well as other travel obligations which may be required of the position such as meetings with members, attendance at conventions and shows and other events where you will represent AVB. (Any requests for accommodations to required travel (including medical) should be addressed with Human Resources.

Required Skills And Abilities

  • 2+ years of project management experience or equivalent
  • Ability to manage documentation and use project management tools such as Jira
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or any other CRM platform
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Must be self-motivated, well organized, and resilient to ever-changing timelines, requests, processes, and deliverables
  • Excellent oral and written presentation and communication abilities, internal and external
  • Ability to set priorities and work with little supervision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organization and multi-tasking skills
  • Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines

Education And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree. Applicants with equivalent experience but without a degree will also be considered

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged period of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
