Healthcare Junior Business Development Specialist
Remote, Must work PST or MST hours
8am-6pm schedule
The Role
As a Junior Business Development Specialist, you’ll play a key role in driving GQR Healthcare’s growth by identifying high-potential hospitals and healthcare systems through strategic outreach and research. You’ll build detailed profiles of organizations and key decision-makers to guide targeted engagement, schedule discovery calls, and support the proposal and RFP processes. By analyzing client staffing needs, you’ll help tailor nursing and allied health solutions—fueling the sales pipeline and setting the foundation for long-term partnerships.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in an agency / staffing setting or B2B sales development
- Experience with Sales and Recruitment preferred
- Strong communication skills and a self-driven, detail-oriented work ethic
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office
- Collaborative mindset with a professional and positive attitude; bachelor’s degree preferred
