Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Execute Instagram-first content strategies per company SOPs, maintain posting frequency (1 post every 24-48 hours, with 1/3 as reels), launch βinitiationβ and βboostβ campaigns, and adapt TikTok content to trends.
- Review marketing agency’s scripts and concepts, provide creative direction, generate trend-aligned content ideas, and collaborate with visual creators for high-quality posts, reels, and monthly Instagram Live sessions.
- Drive organic growth through proactive, brand-aligned engagement on posts, comments, and stories, including 15 daily TikTok replies and influencer collaborations.
- Monitor KPIs (reach, engagement, follower growth), report to CMO, and optimize content formats and posting schedules.
- Appear in short-form videos or behind-the-scenes content as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience growing Instagram and TikTok accounts with strong knowledge of algorithms and short-form content strategies.
- Creative skills in developing high-impact visuals and integrating trends while maintaining brand consistency.
- Comfortable on-camera and skilled in reviewing scripts, captions, and creative briefs.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in crypto, fintech, or Web3 brands is a plus.
