Key Responsibilities
- Execute and support Go-To-Market strategies across modern trade, traditional trade, and emerging channels
- Drive sales growth, distribution expansion, and shelf presence
- Manage pricing, promotions, and trade offers in coordination with management
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts
- Track market performance, competitor pricing, and in-store execution
- Ensure effective product listings, availability, and visibility at store level
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven FMCG sales experience, preferably in Food & Beverages
- Strong understanding of pricing structures, margins, and trade economics
- Experience executing GTM strategies in the UAE market
- Knowledge of modern trade operations (Carrefour, Lulu, Spinneys, etc.) is a plus
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills
- Result-oriented, field-driven, and commercially sharp
