Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive with strong Go-To-Market (GTM) understanding and hands-on experience in the FMCG food sector to support our growing portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and support Go-To-Market strategies across modern trade, traditional trade, and emerging channels
  • Drive sales growth, distribution expansion, and shelf presence
  • Manage pricing, promotions, and trade offers in coordination with management
  • Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts
  • Track market performance, competitor pricing, and in-store execution
  • Ensure effective product listings, availability, and visibility at store level

Required Experience & Skills

  • Proven FMCG sales experience, preferably in Food & Beverages
  • Strong understanding of pricing structures, margins, and trade economics
  • Experience executing GTM strategies in the UAE market
  • Knowledge of modern trade operations (Carrefour, Lulu, Spinneys, etc.) is a plus
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills
  • Result-oriented, field-driven, and commercially sharp
