Sales Executive / Sales Manager – HORECA

Location: UAE

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our Hotel Sales Team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience selling to hotels, either from a food or non-food background, and be capable of developing strong relationships within the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow hotel accounts and build long-term client relationships
  • Identify new hotel business opportunities and generate new leads
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales & collection targets
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with hotel clients
  • Conduct regular client visits and maintain strong customer engagement
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and after-sales support

Requirements

  • Prior sales experience dealing with hotels (food or non-food background)
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
