Key Responsibilities

Seller Acquisition

Identify and onboard new marketplace sellers through field visits, referrals, and competitor platforms.

Present the marketplace value proposition (reach, fulfillment model, commissions, and growth support).

Ensure completion of onboarding requirements including catalog readiness, pricing standards, KYC, and operational setup.

Seller Growth & Development

Manage a portfolio of onboarded sellers for at least three months to stabilize and scale their business before transitioning them to the Account Management team.

Train and guide sellers on essential e-commerce processes such as catalog creation, product listing standards, pricing setup, inventory management, order fulfillment, and performance tracking.

Drive assortment expansion, express fulfillment adoption, and competitive pricing.

Promote participation in marketing and ad programs to improve visibility and sales.

Identify assortment and pricing gaps to unlock incremental GMV.
