Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative based in Riyadh. Responsibilities include engaging with customers via phone to understand their requirements, promoting products and services, and addressing inquiries to drive sales. The role also involves fostering strong customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting clients with support and solutions as needed. Collaborating with the sales and customer care teams to meet sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction is a key aspect of the job.
Qualifications
- Saudi nationality.
- Must be based in Riyadh.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in tele sales, sales, or customer service.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally over the phone.
- Target-oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Preferably has experience in decor products sales, including:
- Doors
- Wall panels
- Parquet flooring
- Wallpaper
Job Responsibilities:
- Contact potential and existing customers via phone.
- Present and sell company products and services.
- Follow up with leads and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain customer records and sales reports.
