Key Responsibilities for Branch Operations Sales:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere within the branch
- Provide comprehensive product information, address customer inquiries, and offer personalized solutions to meet their needs effectively
- Actively promote and sell products to customers, showcasing their features and benefits tailored to individual preferences
- Meet and exceed sales targets by employing effective sales techniques and strategies within the branch setting
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using the CRM system to ensure seamless communication and follow-up
- Collaborate closely with the marketing department to align sales strategies with branch-specific promotional initiatives

Requirements
- BA Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum of 1year experience in inside sales or a similar role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- A strong customer-oriented mindset with proven ability to build relationships
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
