Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telesales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will connect with program applicants, communicate the value of our offerings, and drive enrollments to ensure the success of our projects.
Key Responsibilities
Engagement and Communication:
- Initiate conversations with prospective program participants to guide them through the enrollment process.
- Articulate the benefits of our programs and address inquiries to help participants make informed decisions.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Meet and exceed project-specific enrollment targets.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and progress using internal tools.
Follow-Up and Support:
- Provide timely follow-ups and assistance to ensure smooth enrollment experiences.
- Cultivate positive relationships to foster participant trust and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an engaging, professional demeanour.
- Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or similar roles is a plus.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote, goal-oriented environment.
- Basic familiarity with CRM tools or sales tracking systems is advantageous.
Compensation
- Earn N100,000βN200,000 per project, typically 2β4 weeks long, based on successful enrollments and performance.
